KELLER WILLIAMS AWARD LEVELS Medallion Awards for Individuals, Teams, and Groups
Keller Williams also has award levels that are recognized via medallions for Individual Agents, Teams (two producing agents working together as a team), or Groups. These awards are based upon either Gross Commission Income (GCI) earned by the agent, team, or group during the year or the number of transaction sides closed. The difference between GCI and Sides allows for agents in marketplaces with lower average sale prices and commissions to be recognized for their hard work. It is another example of the Keller Wiliams culture in action.

The Requirements for the Keller Williams Awards

To be counted for a month or end of the year, the market center must receive the commission for the closing by the month’s closing.
