KELLER WILLIAMS AWARD LEVELS Medallion Awards for Individuals, Teams, and Groups

Keller Williams also has award levels that are recognized via medallions for Individual Agents, Teams (two producing agents working together as a team), or Groups.  These awards are based upon either Gross Commission Income (GCI) earned by the agent, team, or group during the year or the number of transaction sides closed.  The difference between GCI and Sides allows for agents in marketplaces with lower average sale prices and commissions to be recognized for their hard work. The award is highly coveted and symbolizes success for the agents who receive it.

To be eligible for the award, agents must have achieved a closed transaction sales volume of $8 million or more during a calendar year.

The Requirements for the Keller Williams Awards

Agents must have achieved a minimum closed transaction sales volume to be eligible for the award.  This is recorded by the Market Center Administrator (MCA) in each Keller Williams market center.  To be counted for a month or end of the year, the market center must receive the commission for the closing by the month’s closing. This is also a key component to the Keller Williams profit sharing system

The centralized tracking is key to ensuring the award levels’ fairness and providing the agents with the confidence that their closed transaction sales volume is being tracked correctly.

The market center takes care of the calculations for the agents and reports the information to Keller Williams International.  Awards are usually distributed around the time of the annual Family Reunion convention gathering and during local and regional awards nights held in the local areas.
