– Individuals must be 18 to be licensed as a salesman and 21 to be licensed as a broker.
Other Requirements:
– Have a High School Diploma or GED
Course work – Classes:
– Pass a 60 Hour pre-licensing course that has been approved by the state
Course Final:
– Have to pass a proctored final exam
Online Allowed?:
– State Approved Online Course is NOT ALLOWED
Independent State Exam:
– Administered by outside vendor
