Missouri Real Estate License Requirements
Missouri Division of Professional Registration – Real Estate Commission
– Must Be 18 years of age
– Have a High School Diploma or GED
Course work – Classes:
– Pass a 48 Hour pre-licensing course that has been approved by the state
– Have to pass a proctored final exam
