Michigan Real Estate License Requirements
Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs –
– Must Be 18 years of age
– Have a High School Diploma or GED
Course work – Classes:
– Pass a 40 Hour pre-licensing course that has been approved by the state
– Have to pass a proctored final exam with a passing score of 75%

Independent State Exam:
– Administered by outside vendor with a passing score of 75%
