Arizona Real Estate License Requirements
Arizona Department of Real Estate
– Must Be 18 years of age
– Have a High School Diploma or GED
Course work – Classes:
– Pass a 90 Hour pre-licensing course that has been approved by the state
– All new salesperson licensees must also take a six-hour continuing education course in Contract Law and Contract Writing before they may activate their licenses.
– Have to pass a proctored final exam
Independent State Exam:
– Administered by outside vendor
