Requirements for the position of Real Estate Agent – New Associates Needed:
Qualifications: 18+ years old, currently licensed in Texas or willing to complete the Texas licensing process in the next 30-60 days.
Responsibilities: customer service, assist buyers/sellers, lead generation
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
As an independent contractor with Keller Williams in The Woodlands there is no limit to your earning potential. Compensation is 100% commission based, but the Keller Williams commission split ensures that you keep more money in your pocket. Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year.
