Requirements for the position of Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent:
Qualifications: 18+, complete real estate license courses, pass state real estate exam.
Responsibilities: work with buyers and sellers, client service, customer follow up, daily lead generation
Skills: hungry, honest with integrity and superb communication skills and a knowledge of the current market conditions and trends – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Washington DC Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
