Requirements for the position of Licensed Real Estate Agent – Top Training Company:
Qualifications: 18+ years old, currently licensed in Pennsylvania or willing to complete the Pennsylvania licensing process in the next 30-60 days.
Responsibilities: customer service, assist buyers/sellers, lead generation
Skills: hungry, honest with integrity and superb communication skills and a knowledge of the current market conditions and trends – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
As an independent contractor with Keller Williams in Philadelphia there is no limit to your earning potential. Compensation is 100% commission based, but the Keller Williams commission split ensures that you keep more money in your pocket. Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year.
