Requirements for the position of Entry Level Real Estate Agent – Training Provided:
Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old (state requirement), completed the required state real estate license courses & pass the state administered exam or host an active real estate license in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities: customer service, assist buyers/sellers, lead generation
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Odessa TX Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
