Requirements for the position of Real Estate Agent – #1 Training Company:

Qualifications:  18+ years old, currently licensed in Missouri or willing to complete the Missouri licensing process in the next 30-60 days.
Responsibilities: develop relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors, customer service, contract negotiation, client management
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.

Compensation Potential:

Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Lake St. Louis MO Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
