Requirements for the position of #1 Training Company Hiring Real Estate Agent:
Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old (state requirement), completed the required state real estate license courses & pass the state administered exam or host an active real estate license in the state of Virginia.
Responsibilities: develop relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors, customer service, contract negotiation, client management
Skills: knowledge of real estate and market conditions, communications skills (written & verbal), honesty, negotiation skills, ability to learn scripts and dialogues – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Real estate agents are independent contractors, so there’s no limit to your earnings. This is a 100% commission position. Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year. If you have a goal, we have a plan to help you reach it!
