Requirements for the position of Licensed Sales Agents Needed – Training Included:
Qualifications: 18+, complete real estate license courses, pass state real estate exam.
Responsibilities: work with buyers and sellers, client service, customer follow up, daily lead generation
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
As an independent contractor with Keller Williams in Idaho Falls there is no limit to your earning potential. Compensation is 100% commission based, but the Keller Williams commission split ensures that you keep more money in your pocket. Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year.
