Requirements for the position of Licensed Real Estate Agent – Top Training Company:
Qualifications: 18+ years old, currently licensed in Georgia or willing to complete the Georgia licensing process in the next 30-60 days.
Responsibilities: work with buyers and sellers, client service, customer follow up, daily lead generation
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Atlanta GA Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
