Requirements for the position of Real Estate Sales Agent – Training & Support Provided:
Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old (state requirement), completed the required state real estate license courses & pass the state administered exam or host an active real estate license in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities: develop relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors, customer service, contract negotiation, client management
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Macon GA Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
