Requirements for the position of Licensed Agents Needed – Real Estate Associates:
Qualifications: 18+, complete real estate license courses, pass state real estate exam.
Responsibilities: develop relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors, customer service, contract negotiation, client management
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Rapid City SD Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
