Requirements for the position of Entry Level Real Estate Agent – Training Provided:
Qualifications: 18+, complete real estate license courses, pass state real estate exam.
Responsibilities: develop relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors, customer service, contract negotiation, client management
Skills: knowledge of real estate and market conditions, communications skills (written & verbal), honesty, negotiation skills, ability to learn scripts and dialogues – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year based upon your application and implementation of the training provided by the Bend OR Keller Williams office. Payments are 100% commission based as an independent contractor.
