Requirements for the position of Licensed Agents Needed – Real Estate Associates:
Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old (state requirement), completed the required state real estate license courses & pass the state administered exam or host an active real estate license in the state of Minnesota.
Responsibilities: customer service, assist buyers/sellers, lead generation
Skills: honesty, integrity, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness, knowledge of purchase process – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
Real estate agents are independent contractors, so there’s no limit to your earnings. This is a 100% commission position. Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year. If you have a goal, we have a plan to help you reach it!
