Other Requirements:
– Have a High School Diploma or GED
– Demonstrates no record of unprofessional conduct
– Furnishes any evidence required by the commission relative to good reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and integrity
– Complies with the criminal records check under RSA 331-A:10-a
Course work – Classes:
– Pass a 40 Hour pre-licensing course that has been approved by the state
Course Final:
– Have to pass a proctored final exam

Independent State Exam:
– Administered by outside vendor
