Requirements for the position of Real Estate Associate – New Agents Needed:
Qualifications: 18+, complete real estate license courses, pass state real estate exam.
Responsibilities: develop relationships with potential buyers, sellers and investors, customer service, contract negotiation, client management
Skills: knowledge of real estate and market conditions, communications skills (written & verbal), honesty, negotiation skills, ability to learn scripts and dialogues – All of these skills are covered in the Keller Williams provided training.
Compensation Potential:
As an independent contractor with Keller Williams in Coral Gables there is no limit to your earning potential. Compensation is 100% commission based, but the Keller Williams commission split ensures that you keep more money in your pocket. Estimated earnings range from $36,000-$100,000+/year.
